Lorn
I have Logic installed on two computers: My G5 and my PowerBook. When I'm working within Logic on my G5, I have a large amount of factory samples to choose from, sometimes I mess with the old synth presets. I came up with something, saved the project and am now on my laptop out of town. When it came time to open up the project, none of the presets were found. Now I'm sure the easy answer is "you probably just installed the extra sound/preset database", but that's the thing... I didn't. I left that disc alone on both computers. What could be the solution now that I'm miles away without any installation discs? Guess I might have to work within the ES's...?
gdoubleyou
You can transfer the efects and instrument settings, Libray/application support/Logic/effects settings is the path....I think. The setting should show up on the specific fx/instument though. 8)
