jonnypowell
I want to load up patch names for my nord rack 3 and moog voyager. How do I go about doing this? I know there was already a topic on this but it didn't really resolve anything for me.. Where can I get a copy of sound-diver? searched the net but didn't have much luck.. jonnypowell
OK, found sound diver at the apple website, but it's incredibly un-stable! Crashes all the time on me.. Can't receive all the data from my Nord, and just generally sucks to use! Ultra un-user friendly... What are my best options for getting my patches in? I know i can type them all, but there over 900!!! Is it possible to group patches into catergories rather than banks within Logic 7? Jonny
David Nahmani
Can you find an electronic voice list for your synth on your manufacturer's website? Then you could use Adobe reader to copy the names in a text editor, clean them up, and paste in Logic's program name window.
jonnypowell
No there's nothing like this.. Sound diver was receiving them all but kept crashing towards he end of the transmission. Logic needs to implement something like sound diver methinks.
David Nahmani
There are other librarian softwares out there (such as midiquest) but I'm not sure if they'll fetch the program names for you....
