widener
I'm new to Logic (and Macs). Great program and much more stable than my years on another sequencer. Anyway, I'm looking through the manual trying to to figure out how to quickly delete all these unused audio files in my project. I go to the Bin and select all unused and delete them, but when I open the Audio folder in the Finder, they're still there. Am I going about it wrong? I just want to get rid of all the temp stuff and flubs to ease up on my disc space. Thanks for the pointers.

wiik
Are you sure you selected Audio File-Delete Files in the audio bin, and not just Edit-Delete? This is quite confusing, but "delete" does not remove the audio files, while "delete files" should move them to the trash... Isn't "consolidate" for bringing everything in one place, i.e if you fore some reason are using audio files not located in the audio files folder of your project. Then there is also the project settings-clean up, but I believe this one only removes audio files not present in the bin?
