programming drums No logic legacy

Hi

 

i am following the chapter Programming Drums in Logic Pro 8 book by David Nahmani, and using ultrabeat. However, in the Library (on RH side of the arrange window) the only choices i have for sounds are 3 folders: 01 Drum Kits, 02 Drum Banks and 03 Tutorial settings. I do not have 04 Logic Legacy Kits.

(The only way I have been able to access the Rock kit, is via EX24.)

 

Also when i select jazz kit (under EX24) it says file cannot be found. And won't load. Is there a way to get that working?
