Brian Albers Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 My Presonus Firebox recently went belly up so I'm looking for something comparable. Any suggestions? I need to go out of Logic/laptop via firewire to the interface and then out of that via 6 analog outs, preferably RCA or 1/4". And I need it bus powered. The Firebox filled my needs exactly, but this one I have wasn't exactly cheap and died after only about a year. I live in Linz, Austria so the nearest cities that might have a store with something on the shelves will be Vienna or Munich. Otherwise I'll just grab something from the all-knowing internet. Thanks. Mine has worked very solidly & reliably for over a year, and was about US$150 used. Also, depending on what happened to it, it might possibly recover with a firmware update.
