63strat
Also after the 9.0.1 update, some of my EXS24 sounds are corrupted and unplayable. All sorts of digital distortion and other weird artifacts. Not sure what do to, except reinstall from the CDs.
MidiOpera Co.
You might want to try "Update Selected Zone Info from Audio File" which you will find in the EXS 24 editor page under Zone. Select all samples in the instrument and do the update.
63strat
Thx, gave it try, but I think it's beyond repair at this point, so full of distortion, etc.
bscenefilms
Which instruments specifically are you having the issue with? On an unrelated topic, you have an original 63 strat? Or a reissue? I have a reissue from the 80s that I almost never play and all of my guitar playing buddies covet it for the narrow neck on it. Is the original neck real narrow too? 63strat
One is Prosonus Prepared Piano, some of the Project SAM stuff, and others (have to check again). Yeah, I have an original '63 Lake Placid Blue Strat. Got it ages ago in a pawn shop in Boston for next to nothing. Has a good size u-shaped neck, not thin. Fabulous guitar, and it never needs a software update...
David Nahmani
Fabulous guitar, and it never needs a software update... Yeah but does it have Flex time?

ripcord
Hi 63Strat, I'm new to Logic 9 now at 9.01 and just received an Axiom 25. Anyway, I'm experiencing the same distortion artifacts you speak of on only certain patches. I'm at a loss as to why some of the patches sound this way. I've found the same problem with 3rd Party Plug-Ins (Massive, M-Tron, Albino 3) etc... Should either of us hear of a solution let's please let the other one know. Thanks!
