Terry Brookshire
I have been thinking about something, and not sure how to pull it off. I may be simple. I have 2 examples. 1. I have a bongo sound, with a bitcrusher effect on it. how would i set it up where only the effected sound is heard? none of the dry sound would be heard. 2. i have a delay on a sound, and I want the delay to also have reverb/distortion/chorus etc. on it. but the initial sound would be dry, without reverb/distortion... I hope that makes sense, if I need to try to explain it different let me know. thanks! Terry
00420
1. Click the disclosure triangle at the bottom of the Bitcrusher icon and the Mix parameter will be shown. The default is 100% though (at least for me), which is what you seem to be looking for, however you could add some of the dry signal back in by lowering that value. 2. Set the delay up on an aux track and use your sends. Then you can add whatever effects you want to that aux track, or use its sends to send its signal to other aux tracks. Terry Brookshire
i checked the mix for the bitchusher and it is set at 100%, but i am still getting the dry sound coming through.
David Nahmani
i checked the mix for the bitchusher and it is set at 100%, but i am still getting the dry sound coming through. You're getting 100% wet effect sound, 0% dry sound, however the effect sound is still very similar to the dry sound (think guitar amp with the gain on a low setting). You have to change the effect parameters.
