Help with axiom 25 and Logic 5.5

Using: logic 5.5, and an axiom 25 midi controller

 

Problem: how do i assign knobs and pads to control my vst parameters with the axiom.

I imagine it has to be done in the environment window, but im quite baffled.

 

Next is reversing audio, is there a way to reverse audio coming from the exs sampler without having to copy the sample and reverse it in the sample editor??

 

Finally, I have not been able to correct the latency issue im having with my controller. cant seem to find the function that corrects this
