C.Bledsoejr
I'm recording some Nursery Rhymes in another language for someone. Since they are in public domain... I'm looking for MIDI files that I can put into Logic so I can create the appropriate arrangement that my singer wants. Again, shes recording in another language. I could spend the time and just play these songs, they're not very difficult. I'm going to start with piano and guitar and such. But she wants to do like 10, so I'm hoping to find a collection of these nursery rhymes somewhere... Especially since I'd easily be able to give it to her as piano and we can change out virtual instruments depending on what she wants. I've been looking online and haven't found anything yet. So if anyone can shoot me info or suggestions, I'd appreciate it! =) as for now... I'll continue my search!
adamjmusic
couldn't find a huge database, but if i need one in a pinch i just google it. Try "MIDI Nursery Rhymes" and usually you'll get a few quality hits....
C.Bledsoejr
Yeah I actually found some a website that has piano sheet music for most nursery rhymes, so i might just compose them myself. I was just hoping to find the MiDI tracks to save time. I have a few weeks so it's no hurry. I'm sure there's a public domain music website with sheet music and midi files... I just seriously couldn't find any in googling "midi nursery rhymes". I'll keep looking thanks

Wardini
here is a midi search engine http://www.musicrobot.com/ I searched and found most of what you want although I think you will spend just as much time 'tweaking' the files as you would just doing it from scratch good luck
C.Bledsoejr
Yeah I did some more digging and finally found about 5 MIDI files of the ones I needed. Don't why they didnt come up before Thanks for the additional link, though. It looks like it has the 6th one... Hopefully I didn't waste too much time, I still need to discuss what kind of arrangement she wants with these. Thanks again everyone!
