Mojave
I recorded a bass line via midi (Logic * pro) now that bass line was done to a beat map and its exactly right now. I have made a copy of the drum trax on another project and removed the beat track so the tempo is nice and steady instead of all over the place. The original which needed a beat map is noticeable when played, speeds ups and slow downs. I would like to transfer the same midi to the new drum track ala no beat map tempo. I know I'll be in for some corrections and work since the midi bass line is shaped around the beat map but if I plug it up, Maybe it will adapt to the new tempo? Anyway, how do I copy the bass midi track and put it on my other project? Thanks for any tips.
triplets
Export as Midi file. Once you put in the new project, you can quantize it to your drums.
fuzzfilth
Open both Projects side by side and drag the MIDI Regions over to the new Arrangement. Or try L9s new Track Import feature from the Library. Christian
