program changes are ignored

When starting playback somewhere halfway in the score, the last program change often gets ignored.

 

Say, the last program change I 'forced' by playing back the score was a staccato flute. I then stop playback, skip a few bars to a legato part (but not 'playing' the program change), and start playback again, it continues the staccato flute. In L5 it checked the last program change until that point (being the legato flute) and used that one. In L9 it (often) doesn't. I use exs instruments.
