My3rdGradeShirt
So why do audio regions SOMETIMES have transpose available in it's properties? If it's disabled how would one go about enabling it?
Scott Jackson
So why do audio regions SOMETIMES have transpose available in it's properties? If it's disabled how would one go about enabling it? Do you mean Audio regions or MIDI regions. Here is a recent thread on the subject of Transposition. http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=57828&highlight=transpose
My3rdGradeShirt
Definitely mean audio region. I attached an image of two regions selected, one that has transpose available and one without. I can't see any difference between the clips (other than it's audio). Also the "follow tempo" is not avail. This happens all the time so it's not a once in awhile thing. Also, all tracks do not have Flex enabled.

My3rdGradeShirt
I saw this thread but it didn't really resolve much: http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=292974&sid=ab70fc7ae350fb50e017dd8edd8b13e7
My3rdGradeShirt
Also tried this thread: http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=293581#293581 This also did not work.
My3rdGradeShirt
One thing I notice is that it's happening with merged audio regions. If I record a region, all is good...follow tempo & transpose shows up. Once I merge those options disappear. Is there any possibility for the merged region to rescan itself or its meta data (or whatever it does in the shadows)?
