Audio transients offset?

Is there a way to offset all detected transients of an audio file?

 

Here's the case:

Guitar audio region, there is a pick scrape at the start of each note but the transient that is detected hugs the start of the note right after the pick scrape. I know I can do this manually but I was wondering if there's a way I can offset the markers for the whole region/audio file.
