Observatory
In Logic 8 I like to cut regions at the bar lines to create loops, but about 50% of the time I can't get the scissors to cut a region directly on the bar line of the grid, especially at the end of a region. When I zoom in and try to use the slip tool to get it to snap to bar/sample, it doesn't work either. So now some of my loops are a little off with the click track and with each other. I've tried various selection modes (smart, bar, sample...) and they don't seem to help.
fuzzfilth
Check out the Snap feature. Christian
Observatory
Check out the Snap feature. Christian Right I will but that snaps the beginning of the region to the bar? My problem is that I can't cut the end of the region at the bar sometimes. Not sure why it is an intermittent problem either.
fuzzfilth
that snaps the beginning of the region to the bar? No. Check the documentation on that. It will quantize where your scissor tool will cut. Christian
