jasonkalman
If you have a similar problem follow this link: http://www.toontrack.com/helpdesk/issue_view_portal.asp?ID=806 Hey all, I just purchased Superior Drummer 2 since the stock drums that came with Logic were less than superior Problem is, once i download the software, I am unable to find a way to get Logic to interface with the software. I can see the superior midi files when I search for them using the finder icon, but I can't get logic to upload the software, if that is the right term. Question, what are the step by step instructions I need to take to get superior drummer to work. Thanks in advance, jason I have the latest versions of both Logic 9 and Snow Leopard. I am using A MacPro 8-core, 8 Gig of ram.
fbkaiser
Jason, Does Sup Drummer not have a manual? You'll get better responses if you put up your gear profile. Kaiser
Janne
Hey 1.Make shure you installed the AU component of Superior. 2.go to logic preferences/audiounitmanager and make sure superior drummer is on the list and checked. 3.When done make an instrument track and in the input section choose Superior Drummer (stere or multiout version) 4. in the plugin window go to beats section where al of your midi files are(you can even add your own) 5.drag and drop the midi clips to logic arrange window to play them. If you need more detailed description go to toontrack website to get logic setup instructions. And you also got a manual when you purchased Superior. There are detailed instructions in there.
