hi everybody

i am wondering if i can index some acid wav loops and some other miscellaneous audio types for use in the logic browser?

i have a second hard drive which stores the bulk of my sample content and would like it if logic would add it's usable contents to the browser without me having to 'find' them. i know that apple loops are stored in a default directory, but that hard drive doesnt have the space to hold all of my audio.

alternatively, though i haven't used it, i assume that the apple loops utility would be able to batch convert a large number of these files with little additional work? (overoptimistic? :D)

You could put AppleLoops on any disks, make an alias of that directory and drop that into ~/Library/Audio/Apple Loops/

And yes AppleLoops utility is your friend for patch conversions.
