Zorg
Hi, I'd like to buy a 32" samsung UE32C6000 to use as monitor with logic and a the new macpro quad in my studio. is this a good idea? lower price than a apple screen. First I'm going to use my old (2009) macbook pro (santa rossa) with the display connection plug into the samsung tv. Any advices guys? Thanks. buzwah
I am using a 27" Samsung with a G5 and I like it. It might not be as sharp in resolution as an Apple monitor but the price was too good to pass up with 3 years warranty. Just make sure your Macbook Pro has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 otherwise all you'll be seeing is a magnified version of your Macbook Pro.

gordwait
My second monitor is a Dell HDTV rez computer monitor. I bought the Displayport to DVI adapter from the Apple store, and it works like a charm. My dad plugs his macbook into a 60 inch Samsung plasma HDTV the same way..
