natdame
Hi-- I live in NYC. Is there anyway I can get help in person? A lot of these issues that I spend hours and hours (days) on could be solved in five minutes if I had someone who could just look at my screen. I have a Mac. Is there someone at the Mac Store who could help me? Thanks.
Rev. Juda Sleaze
If you pay for my flights to NY, I'll aid you with whatever aspects of your life you need help for
Sorcerio
Apple should extend their Face Time into their support division. That coupled with remote screen sharing could be a very powerful system to help people. I'm sure it would cost a pretty penny though.
tjanz
What about Apple's "one to one" service? Would an Apple Creative be able to assist with your situation, or do they only set up your email? I am sure that in NY there would be a Logic guru at the Apple store. Thetaobera
Not sure if this would help you at all, but they do have logic pro classes at the Apple Stores in NYC.
ski
nat, Anytime anyone's said to me that they "just need 5 minutes" it turns into 2 hours or more, and that's not because I talk a lot either
