Speed fades on multiple tracks!!? [SOLVED]

Speed fades on multiple tracks. Creating fades on multiple tracks instaed of bouncing them to one track and fading that track. Is this possible? and how. Ive tried selecting them all and using the fade tool. no luck

Select all your tracks, then use the region parameters in the Inspector to apply the fades, then change their parameters as needed ("Fade In/Speed Up" and "Fade/Slow Down").
