loading and activating .Wav samples in Logic [SOLVED]

Hi,

I've recently purchased some sample cd's and I am having trouble loading the samples in .Wav format into logic. I do have the N.I Elements package with Reaktor and Kontakt player.

I have copied the files over into the sampler instruments folder but that's as far as I've got. I would like to load and activate the samples and obviously spread them across the keyboard as a normal instrument. How would I go about solving this issue?

Thank you.

Ok. thanks.

The problem is that once I go in to my sample folder for example the Roland fantom and then Acoustic pianos there are 44 different types of piano- concert grand - bright tune -warm piano for example! and only one file for each so if I drag them all in it will play different sounds across the keyboard.

When I brought the c.ds I was told that i needed the reaktor or the kontakt player!

Ok.

Thank you. Some of the samples are drum kits and other sounds and they work but there thousands of samples all in different folders so i guess I will have to create new instruments for them all... I'll be there forever, is there a way it works simpler with the N.i plug ins?

Don't know how else to help as I'm not familiar with that kind of sample library or that process. I would try to track down the manufacturer and ask them.

FINALLY. I worked it out. This is the process.

Create a EXS24>Edit>Instrument>New>Then click on Zone>Load multiple samples then I located the file then press ADD (single file) then press the DONE button, a pop up screen appears saying: "PLEASE CHOOSE HOW TO BUILD THE MAP" > Select the AUTOMAP option, press OK and the save and rename the new instrument.

It's going to take a while to load them all but it's going to be worth it.
