GregoryK
What is the most stable and/or recommended version of OSX 10.5 Leopard to work with Logic 8.0.2 on PPC G5 2,7 Ghz (4,5 GB RAM)? I mean 10.5.6, 10.5.7 or any other? Thank you!

Currently on 9.1.1 as my signature shows.

Scott Jackson
Thank you for the info, Scott You're welcome! Anyone else with PPC G5 experience? I believe Ski is still using PPC G5 but I don't know what OS he's using. He took that info out of his signature. Maybe he'll pop in on this thread and have more info for you. Eriksimon
PPC G4, 10.5.8, 8.0.2 and 9.0.2 running fine. OS X.V.VIII is stable, but I cannot remember much change in stability from 5.5 up - so 10.5.5 to .8 should all be fine. TTBOMK.

GregoryK
Thank you for the helpful info. BTW, do I really need to install Apple ProKit 5.1 just for Logic 8.0.2 on G5? Do you have it installed? Did it change anything?
