EZ Drummer multi-output??

Hi guys, can anybody give me a quick step-by-step guide on how to organise EZ drummer in the mixer so that the different mics go to different channels in my mixer in Logic?

Go to about 6:35 to see what i'm on about, whenever I try to do this, it never works, so can anyone give me a step-by-step walkthrough of how to do this?

Here is a link to a thread. Waterboy uploaded a EZ drummer Multi out template that you can download. Maybe that will help get you going.

Would help if you post your Logic version. I'm on 9, and it's extremely simple there:

 

Load EZDrummer, make sure to click Multi-out in the sub-menu.

 

In the EZDrummer Mixer, click the strips' individual Track Buttons to change them to different ones - you probably wanna go 1 thru 8.

 

In the Logic Mixer, if you set EZDrummer to Multi-out, you will see a "-" and a "+" on the corresponding channel strip. Each time you press "+", you will get an additional channel strip, automatically assigning itself to the next-higher track of the EZDrummer outs. So you basically click the "+" 7 times and, including your original software instrument strip, you have 8 strips corresponding to the 8 tracks EZDrummer can deliver. The original software instrument strip is track 1 (now corresponding to the 'kick' mic), the strips you create are labeled Aux 1-7, these are tracks 2-8 from the EZD mixer. Don't let that confuse you, just rename them to correspond to the appropriate mic postion.
