Bouncer
The controller works, and I use buttons to solo or mute tracks. It does function, but the light on the controller buttons doesnt toggle when I press them. I did set up and write the scene with buttons set up as toggle, and they work fine when Logic is not open. But when I open Logic, they don't toggle. They still work but the light doesnt stay on. I have to remember which tracks I solo/mute all the time. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Oh oh ... I did set up and write the scene with buttons set up as toggle, and they work fine when Logic is not open. So the button toggles on/ off as expected before Logic is booted. But when I open Logic, they don't toggle. They still work but the light doesnt stay on. Does the light come on at all? Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Form what it sounds like, it may be an issue with the controller assignment, but one never knows. Let's keep this simple and focused. With Logic open - and all the mute/solo buttons (in Logic) off - what happens when you press the assigned korg button one time? Does the light come on and stay on? What happens when you press it a second time?
Bouncer
when I press it once, logic sees it as a solo/ mute function but the buttons othe controller are still dark. When I press it again, the buttons are still dark and Logic switches solo/mute off. I can do this all day adn the controllers buttons will not keep lit. Strange thing is: when I close Logic and press the buttons on the controller, they stay lit up and go off when I press them again.
shivermetimbers
Hmmm ... Did YOU program this with the Logic 'LEARN' command, or did you download the Korg controller assignments?
Bouncer
no I didnt do the Learn. Korg has control sets designed for Logic, I am using those. May be I should try learn
shivermetimbers
If you try LEARN, be sure to press the button you assign for your mute/solo at least 2 (or more) times before exiting the learn mode.
