Bounce Beat mapped region

Hi

 

I have beat mapped a 4 minute region in the arrange using beat mapping from global tracks. It has been mapped onto a 120bpm. What would I need to do to bounce this and then import it into a new project so that there are no global tempo changes and everything is at 120bpm.
