Jog Wheel controller for Logic similar to ShuttleXpress?

Hey Guys,

 

I'm looking for a relatively cheap (£30 - 45) jog wheel controller for Logic. I have seen the shuttleXpress but I have read on here that some people seem to have a lot of issues with it.

I want to have control over the transport functions of Logic (Play/stop, Rec etc) as well as being able to move the play head position forwards and backwards via a jog wheel control.

 

Yes, Id love the Euphonix MC control, but Im not loaded...especially not this time of the year lol

I use a Shuttle Pro V.2 and I love it. I use it for both shuttle and jog and have no complaints at all. I have several mappings set up for use in the arrange window, sample editor, etc.

 

I think the people that complain did not get them set up correctly. Search here as there are good instructions on setting them up. I have a post that explains how to get the multiple configs in Logic switching from a Shuttle Pro button press.

 

There really is nothing else in this price range. About your only other option is the Griffen powermate and it has FAR less functionality.
