zeuser
Hi, can i use instruments in logic pro to create my own loops cd. Obviously not straight forward copies of samples/presets but actual musical compositions constructed from modified synth presets. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated

zeuser
Many thanks David, you've put my mind at rest. I'm setting up a site that offers free and paid for loops and just wanted to be sure i could try and sell my loops. I did a ton of google searches but couldnt find any info at all. if by any chance you know of a place/s that i could find any related info, then that would be a massive help also. No doubt there will be things i run into at a later date that will leave me scratching my bonce. If nothing springs to mind then not to worry as you've been a huge help already ! Thanks once again. It is clause 2C of the "Logic Studio License agreement". You have agreed to that, actually... C. Except as otherwise indicated, you may use the Apple and third party audio file content (including, but not limited to, the Apple Loops, built-in sound files, samples and impulse responses) (collectively the “Audio Content”), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your film, video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual Apple loops, audio files, sound settings, samples and impulse responses may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound files, sound effects or music beds.
