error code

when i open a file once in while i get an error code that reads

 

I/O error

result code = -36

 

then another pops up that says

 

Fade Update Failed

 

so how can i rectify this in this session.

Try choosing Options > Audio > Delete All Fade File(s) then press play to rebuild the fade files. See if that helps. If that doesn't, tell us what kind of hard drive you're using for this project, how it's connected, how much space available on that drive etc..?
