Apple loop...insufficient access?

My guess is that you're using a computer with multiple accounts, and the account you're currently using is not the one where Logic was originally installed? If that's the case, all you have to do to get rid of that message is to save the project (with default assets settings) before you start working in it. That'll force Logic to make a local copy of each Apple Loop you're using, and you'll have all the necessary permissions on those local copies.
