Repeating measures and playback

I'm trying to have it so that when logic plays back a certain measure, it loops for that one measure. I'm following an external score and I don't want to copy regions as that'll throw off the measure counts. So is there a way to do this?

Have you ever done a search for "loop" in the manual. It's all there. Give it a go you might be surprised at what you might find.

If you mean you want Logic to continuously loop through the same measure over and over again, use the Cycle area: you drag in the upper half of the bar ruler to draw a green cycle area, and that will continuously loop.

 

If you mean you want Logic to loop through a section for a predetermined amount of times, then automatically move on to the rest of the arrangement, that can't be done in Logic.

I don't mean to use the loop function. I mean to read a parameter that will allow Logic to repeat a bar 1 time in the playback to correspond with the repetition bar on the score, otherwise the bar numbers get thrown off.
