Macbook Fan RPM

Hello,

I am unsure if this is normal. I have one Logic project opened, which takes about 10% of my CPU. With all other apps closed, my fan runs about 6000-6200 rpm.

 

I can hardly recall loud fan noises from opening a <100mb Logic project, but is this normal? If not, how can I fix this? Thanks!
