See "To Create a Performance Setting" at the bottom of http://documentation.apple.com/en/logicpro/usermanual/index.html#chapter=10%26section=3%26tasks=true Or you could also learn the Previous/Next Channel Strip Setting key commands to assign them to buttons on your keyboard.
