hughwilkinson77
Hi, I'm currently running Logic 7 on my Macbook Pro and am thinking of buying an iMac to use as the main computer with the laptop as a portable option and backup. It sounds like a good idea in theory but I don't want to part with my money until i know whether this is possible. Do any of you know if this can be done? I also use Recycle, Addictive Drums and Ivory 2 (all paid for) and have the same concerns about them..
David Nahmani
Yes, your license agreement allows for two installs, one on a laptop, one on a desktop. If memory serves me right, the Logic 7 license only allows one of the two copies to be used at a time (the Logic 8 and Logic 9 licenses don't have that restriction), but two installs are ok. rvega
As David said before you can only use one at a time because of the dongle.. other than that you are ok.
