Rewire Issue

So I am having problems when I save a beat in logic which I was using rewire with reason. It will save my midi notes, but for some reason it won't play. I saved the reason file along with it and loaded that up. All my connections in reason are good to. Any ideas? Also I'm running Logic 8, the original, if that makes a difference. Thanks!

so after some more research i see people saying this is a bug in this version of logic? Is there any workaround or do I just have to go out and get the newer version, I hope not.
