mungobungo Posted January 26, 2011 Share Posted January 26, 2011 I work with a guitarist who doesn't read scored music but reads guitar chord grids, whereas I read scored notes but am ignorant about grids and I don't know the names of the random chords I come up with! Ideally I would select notes on the score and have Logic produce the chord grid (albeit that this might not produce the most convenient fingering/inversion - I'd let the guitarist play around with it, but at least he'd have the notes..): is this at all possible, or will I just have to do my music theory so that I know to select a major 7th diminished 13th whatever from the filter?
