Converting ccs into nrpns with the transformer object

I just got a korg nanokontrol which sends out control changes, but i need to be able to send nrpns in order to control my external synths(eg mopho). So a midi messages conversion is needed. I did it pretty well with midipipe, but i 'd like to achieve it inside logic, with the transformer object. I m looking for a simple step by step tutorial to convert, for instance, cc 105 to nrpn 0-120(MSB=0, LSB=120) with the transformer. I use logic 8 .
