Got it all hooked up and now Logic isn't playing my audio files unless I click the solo button on it's track. So the presonus is working but maybe there's a communication problem with Logic. Ummm. Just thought someone has experienced this and figured it out. Audi/midi Set up is configured and Logics preferences use the FP10 for the interface. Are the Mute buttons flashing in the mixer by chance? It sounds like you have something in your project soloed. Try soloing any track and then Option Click it's solo button.
