Valiart Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 Currently own 1.6GHz PowerPC G5 And a pair of Edirol MA-7A Stereo Micro Monitors. Active. I am getting interface coming through my speakers, sounds of clicking through mouse and just general processes in the Mac itself... thierfore i think its the processor i can hear.... It isn't as noticeable at about 25% volume but as soon as you go half way its very noticeable. In headphones it is constantly noticeable and can hurt my ears sometimes therefore i currently cant work using headphones. I fear this may be effecting my production quality aswell.
