triplets
You might have pressed Z, which is Autozoom. Try hitting Z again.

triplets
There are zoom sliders on the right edge of the Arrange window.

widdershins
Try Ctrl-Z. You could also pull down the View menu in the arrange window and uncheck "Auto Track Zoom."
triplets
Hit Option-K to go to your Key command window and search for Auto Track Zoom to see the key command it has. You can change it there if you want to.
David Nahmani
1) Make sure View > Auto Track Zoom is UNselected. 2) Position the mouse to the bottom left of any track's header: the mouse should turn into an index finger. Hold Shift as you click with the Finger tool.
