If you mean is there anyway to disable the display or vertical light gray bars on MIDI regions in the Arrange area when MIDI CC data is present inside those regions, then no. But if you want to avoid recording that MIDI CC data, or delete it after the recording, or mute it, or... ?? Then yes. But you'll need to clarify.
