gazzab Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 I just recorded a midi & audio part into logic at once, unsoloed both tracks and now none of the other tracks have any sound. Logic isn't even registering the Midi data from any of the software instruments, even though it all still exists... no audio files are playing either. Nothing's soloed, nothing's muted... I've closed and reopened which hasn't helped anything. Any ideas? Had nothing but trouble over the past few days with Logic deciding to hang, forgetting how to use my audio output and generally being awkward Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just to be sure you don't have a hidden track/channel strip Soloed, Solo one track and then Option+Click it's Solo button to Unsolo all tracks/strips. Logic isn't even registering the Midi data from any of the software instruments, even though it all still exists When you select a MIDI region and open the Piano Roll can you see the notes? I could move everything over to a new project but I'd like to avoid the hassle if I can, and something tells me I'm gonna come across this problem again in the future. Please add your Logic version and system and gear info to your Profile under Signature:Read Me Before Posting - Forum Guidelines (#5) You may have a corrupt project. If you are using Logic 9 you can create a New Empty project and easily Import your original project into the new project.
