zepsun
I have a firewire hub, and 9 chances out of 10 if I boot up my external drive and apogee simultaneously, or while the duet is already connected, the sound will be distorted. Anyone else have this issue?
stefrich
When I bought my Duet I also bought a firewire hub... after many problems and after a lot of tests, I found out that the hub was the problem. Now I'm daisy chaining my Glyph drive with the Duet into my laptop without a hub. It's working very well. And yes, my problems was distortion and lot of glitch. stefrich
I forgot to say that I had the hub replace. I thought the first one was broken... the same problems returned immediatly with the second hub.
zepsun
forgot to mention that the same thing happens when I daisy chain to the hard drive.
triplets
Go to the project's settings, change the sample rate to another value and set it back to the original. It's a weird Duet thing.
