David Nahmani
Not sure, personally I never use "Audio Tail". I find it much easier to adjust my bounce start and end however I desired, then bounce. The best way to do that is to adjust your project end marker to the desired location, make sure no regions are selected, cycle mode is off, and there's no marquee selection (a single click in the background of the Arrange area, and making sure the cycle mode button on the right of the transport bar is off is all that's needed to accomplish all that), then bounce. Not quite sure whats causing it. Some plugins add low level noise in emulating certain hardware units (like the Waves CLA compressors) so if you have any of those on, the bounce will never stop because it never reaches total silence. Hmm but if one indicates when the songs ends with the end marker, shouldn't it end there?
triplets
Use the cycle to mark where the song starts and ends. It's the best way and works every time.
