If you have done that and you still get that message then go to: File>Project>Clean Up...

Scott Jackson
It didn't work What didn't work? What did you do? How did you originally delete the Audio files? You must have a reference to the file in the Bin. In the Bin, did you select Edit>Select Unused and then press Delete?
Jordi Torres
Look for this exclamation mark next to file references in the bin to annihilate them (Audio File > Delete File(s))....then save the project. http://documentation.apple.com/en/logicpro/usermanual/Art/S09/S0969_MAU_CickExclamationMark.png J. David Nahmani
It didn't work You didn't do it right: a project can not ask you to locate a file unless a reference to that file is found in the project's bin. Inversely, if you successfully delete the reference to that file from the project's bin, and then save the project and close it, when you reopen it, you will not be asked to locate that file. Look for this exclamation mark next to file references in the bin to annihilate them (Audio File > Delete File(s))....then save the project. You can't delete a file (Audio File > Delete File(s)) that's missing in the first place - what you need to do is delete that reference to the missing audio file from the Bin. This is done by selecting it and pressing "Delete" on your keyboard, or choose Edit > Delete.
