ojan327 Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 It hasn't happened before, but delay designer is acting funny on me. I want a really short delay, 5ms, and when I set it to that, it plays back differently like at 107.1ms. (when the grid is set to default 1/16) I suspect it has something to do with the grid, because when I increase the Grid resolution all the way up to 1/128, and set it to 5.0ms, it plays back at 18.3ms. (like its locking only to certain values based on the Grid) What's strange is that it will display 5.0ms (where I set it) and play back at one of the other values, but if I close and re-open the project it will display the actual value it was playing back at. (107.1,18.3, etc) Also, when I select "Reset Setting" in DD- it does nothing. I hope others have experienced the same issue with DD and that its a quick fix... involver Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 Turn off the sync button so that the delays are not being quantized to the grid. To solve the reset problem try saving a blank setting as #default. This will then be loaded every time you load a new Delay Designer or click "Reset Setting". The former is my main problem, however. And I previously had no problems setting 5ms delays. so I don't know what's going on here. Does anybody have any ideas?
