I'm new to this forum so I apologize if this has been discussed before. But I recently purchase an mc 303 and have almost no clue how to connect it properly to logic so that it will record midi data into logic??? Also once the midi data is recorded it will just play the data as if the 303 is my AU correct? Any help would be appreciated.

First you need a MIDI interface and a couple of MIDI cables. In Logic you'll be dealing with external MIDI tracks or the external instrument plug-in. Getting the 303's manual would be a good idea too to learn about it sync capabilities (OK, I'll tell you: You can slave it to Logic's clock).
