Project Settings > Tuning > Fixed Tuning... Just Tunin

Hi, I am loving this Fixed Tuning tool in Project Settings.

My questions is: there are so many Fixed tune settings - Is one of them closest to "just tuning?"

I'm enjoying floating through these; I'm just really curious to know and try that one out. Thanks all!

Thanks so much guys! Awesome music btw. Wondering about acoustic guitar now entering the mix. I know that Eric Johnson lowers the 3 lower strings and raises the 3 higher ones ever so slightly to let the guitar "breathe" a little more... If you have any thoughts on matching guitar audio to hermode tuning then. I'll look into this too and let you know what I find... Anyway, immensely helpful advice so thanks jordito and rev.

You're welcome!

What music?

Ah, like a piano, interesting.

Yeah, play around with it. I've found that using hermode tuning on software strings/horns/woodwind sits nicely with equal temperament instruments such as piano or tuned percussion, as well as standardly tuned guitars.

You have to bounce them to audio seperately though, if you've got a mixture of tunings going on, as tuning is a global thing (or is that different in L9?).

your music on soundcloud it's really good. thanks for the bouncing tip - so helpful! i'm using the hermode to blend in Logic strings and to enrich a 3-rd party synth solo with a Logic piano tone layered in the melody. i'm going to create some of my own guitar loops tuned to "real" major 3rd intervals to also add in the mix. I'm in key of Em. it's a slow song and I'm finding that "real" major 3rds are still sweet but have a kind of melancholy to me.

Sounds interesting, I'd love to hear it when you're done.
