rainstick
how do... OK, im not much when it come's to recording thing's in 'the real world'... i was wondering though - if i tape a load of tissue paper (soft... like toilet paper...) to the back of the mic, will that help deaden sound, stop a certain amount of reflections entering the mic in my crap room, ? Obv the signal going in will still be in a bad room... but should that in anyway help or is it just a bit daft, ? cheers
fader8
If it's a cardioid mic, that will just make things worse. So, yes, it's daft.
