beej Posted October 27, 2011 Share Posted October 27, 2011 Stereo arises from having two channels with slightly differing content (eg, the same source from two different mic positions). If you only have a single channel mono sound source, then you need to fake a pseudo-stereo signal - you can do this with small delays, chorusing or other stereo effects, subtle-pitch shifting between sides and so on.
