Problem Logic and Roland Octacapture and audioinputs

Now when i try test effects etc before i record sound form audioinputs effects dont make anything level metters dont show anything but i hear sound. same goes on when active input monitoring. When i playback track what i recorder effects sounds fine etc. But i want use them in live to found correct values and look sound with oscillos scope.

Soundcard is Roland Octacapture and Logic is 9.1.5.(32bit) ps. i sure this worked earlier fine.

I solved it i think i active software monitoring. and changed input mixer level to -inf. which is needed if i dont want listed hardfware monitoring and software monitoring which i dont want becouse there is latency.
