dustinfsmith
So I was just messing around in the environment window and stuff, but I don't have my controller assigned in the clicks and ports layer. I was told before that this was the reason my assigned transport controls stopped working after unplugging my keyboard and shutting down logic. The only things in the clicks and ports layer are the caps lock keyboard, MIDI click, input view, and sequencer input. I was watching this tutorial and I saw that around the 6 minute mark he had all his controllers and stuff in that layer. http://audio.tutsplus.com/tutorials/recording/understanding-logic-pros-environment/ Do you guys know how to get it all in there? Jordi Torres
The M-Audio (its port) should show up in the the same place the Capslock keyboard is showing: the physical input object. If it isn't there's it's because the OS isn't seeing it. Pay a visit to the MIDI Window in Audio MIDI Setup (Applications/Utilities). J.
